Brand Development
Translating Strategy into Design
Building on the existing logo, slogan and colour scheme, Spirit Design further developed the brand design. This included visual style, type face, layout, logo usage and the systematisation and design of all brochures. The brand Otto Immobilien evolved to translate the strategy into the design in the best possible manner. In addition, Spirit Design also developed the First Viennese apartment house market report for Otto Immobilien, an office market report, comprehensive presentation materials and a wide variety of different print materials.
